Cutting Section
We use band knife machine for garment cutting which gives even measurement for the garments.
Chest Printing
Our Printing is equipped with a fully automatic printing machine specialize in pigment, foam, plastsol, tie-dye or reactive prints which has capacity to produce 4,000 impression/Day.
Production Floor
We have large numbers of various garment sewing machine, needle detectors and other sewing related machines which has been imported from major companies such as Juki, Pegasus, Siruba, Brother ect., Our production unit has a capacity of 50,000 to 65,000 pieces per Month.
Checking & Ironing Section
The knitwear is then subject to a through check by skilled supervisors. Even the smallest defect is not overlooked. The checked pieces are ironed then rechecked and packed for shipping.
Packing
We give much importance to finishing of a garment by using proper packing equipment.
